I've noticed from time to time that some people have overlooked our guides and tutorials online. So I'm here to point you in the right direction! Our guides can serve as a great help whether you are starting out with the eCF or have been developing with it for some time.
The main page for our documentation is: http://www.mediachase.com/ecf/documentation.aspx you can navigate here from the homepage by using our menu on the left, putting your mouse over "eCommerce- ECF" and clicking on the "Documentation" link on the subsequent drop down. But before you go there allow me to give you a quick over of some our main guides and kits:
RPS Tutorial Guide -- this guide is highly recommended to anyone who is new the eCF. The point of this guide is to show you how easy it is to get a storefront up and running and customized in 10 easy steps. Supporting files are included to aid your understanding. Starter Kits -- Mediachase will be releasing "ready to go" VS 2005 Starter Kits that will help accelerate your ability to easily extend or modify common aspects of integrations. Below you can access 2 examples of a payment and shipping gateway starter kit for the ECF. Simply download and install on a development box using VS 2005.

Commerce Manager Guide -- The ECF commerce manager is the backend to the ECF web site and is used to administer and operate the ECF on a day to day basis.
