Custom Issue Status

    Custom Issue Status

    Hi,

       We are running IBN version 4.5.66.  Currently, if I edit an issue, I can set its status to Open, Closed, or Suspended.  Once it is closed, I can re-open it.  This is on the quick tracking section of an issue.  Is there a way to define more statuses (For example, Pending customer input, etc.).

    Unfortunately, while the IBN has many customizeable fields/areas, those statuses are static and cannot be changed.

    We will provide that flexibility in a future release.
