    Invalid CurrentPageIndex value

I have a user that recieves a ' Page cannot be displayed ' error when they click on the TASKS tab in either the Web portal or the client. This error follows the user, as I can log on and everything works correctly. IBN has been running for over a year, and the user has been using IBN but does not know if they ever had tried to access to the TASKS tab before. Any ideas where to look for the CurrentPageIndex value or any other suggestions?

This is the error logged under the ADMIN/REPORTS tab. The error number always changes.

    Error report 0d22a0

    Re: Invalid CurrentPageIndex value

What version of IBN are you running?  We are looking at the error and will get back to you with some questions.

    Re: Invalid CurrentPageIndex value

    IBN Client 3.5.600a

    IBN Server 1.0.131

Workstation is running XP Pro w/SP2

Database Server is SQL2000 w/SP3 on Windows 2000 Server w/SP4

The error follows the user. They log on to IBN and get the error, if I log on to IBN, I get no error,

independent of which workstation is used. As far as I know it is limited to this one user out of approx.

    65 active users.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Re: Invalid CurrentPageIndex value

What roles do you have versus the roles that the user who is having the problem has?  If you can let us know that it will also help...

    Re: Invalid CurrentPageIndex value

I am able to replicate the problem using my logon.

I go to TASKS, MY TASKS, Change to COMPLETED TASKS and change the PERIOD to anything other than ANY and it errors out:

    Error d1915f

Requested page is not accessible. Please send information about this error to the following E-mail address:

I was able to change his PERIOD back to ANY and he has access now, however the above error will still occur if the PERIOD is changed from ANY.

    Any suggestions or thoughts?
