1/ Could you give us a few pointers on using/configuring IBN as 'worklog' tool, where every user could make his/hers entries on time spent beside active projects on daily basis.
Worklog should include: task description, time spent and expense and should be seen only by worklog owner and manager.
2/ When setting "Recurrence pattern" in calendar event, can you implement the option for recurring based on first "Workday", beside Monday, Tuesday, etc.
3/ Do you have tool for import from Bugzilla to IBN Issues?
4/ When adding new task, project, etc. it would be nice that email notification contain Description of event.
5/ We'd like to import all of our contacts and knowledge base entries into IBN. Please advise what is the practice to do it.
6/ How to change group for existing user, from some Internal to some External?
7/ How to grant access for option "Add Resources" in Issues, to some users? It seems that Project Managers only can do that?
