The width of colum is different when two items are overlapping than when there is not overlapping. So I wont to set fix width for colum and when there is overlapping width of colum stay the same.

in current version there is no special option for setting column width in WorkWeekView. Each calendar item is rendered as table cell (<td> tag) without specified width, so browser can stretch column width if there are many overlapping items in the column.
