There is very little documentation in ECF 4.1 documentation on setting up Shipping Gateways.  I'm surprised I wasn't able to find more information in the forums on this topic.

Is there a method built into the commerce manager to restrict certain packages to specific shipping methods?  It seems like some of the real-time rates do this at the service level but Percent of Order Total, Fixed Price and Cost per Unit Weight ship providers don't have this kind of functionality.

How would I prevent a Pallet from being Overnight shipped if I we're using the Fixed Price shipping provider?
