ecf services in not work till i build the application and publish it (application restart), it running sometimes and stoped again.
please, how we solve this problem ?

What version of the ECF are you running? Can you provide any more details such as:

1) was the site running fine before and recently you had this problem?
2) did something change on the site?
3) did anything change on the server like a windows update, etc.?
4) is anything showing up in the logs?

I don't know the root cause, i check your points and everything in the normal state

I want to able to check if the service stopped, restart it again.

I'm using ECF 3.0

Do you see any errors in the Event Logs or ECF logs?  Are all the services active?
