Hi Michael,

It is possible to run ECF 4.1.2 on 64-bit versions of Windows. Ever since 4.0.7, we've had full support for 64-bit Windows (this update coincided with the release of the 64-bit capable licensing activator).

Unfortunately, the ECF 4.x line is not compatible with VS 2008.  For that, you will have to use our latest ECF G5 platform.
