Hello,

I need to implement Product ranking such that customers can rank a product (1 to 5 stars) and leave comments which will be shown on the product page for other customers to see. Amazon.com has this same feature, but I haven't seen it anywhere in the sample store code. Please tell me how it works and how to implement it

The rank a product code feature is available in ECF 3.0 but not in ECF 2.0.
