The eCF 4.0 CRM Sneak Preview is now available!!!

I am working very hard on getting the new CRM out on the product line.  We are now at a point where we can demonstrate the product for you.  We have put together this shockwave file that you can download for viewing.  I would really appreciate if after you view this demonstration that you utilize this forum to give me some feedback, ideas, or features you would like to see in the release.

Overview of the CRM features

The CRM is using SOA technology to communicate with all of your eCF Backend Commerce Manager tracking customer orders, opportunities, and activities.  Replication is used for keeping a synchronized database on your local desktop or laptop.  This allows you to take your customers with you where ever you go and synchronize later when you have an internet connection.  The CRM is powerful enough to allow you to check order history from within the inbox of your outlook emails.  The CRM is integrated within Microsoft Outlook 2003 Professional.  Your email, customers, and their orders are a click away and all located in one location.
