The CRM embeds customers’ information into the emails they send and displays a convenient view which distinguishes customers from non-customers. Know right away as a new email arrives if they are registered on your site and what or if any purchases they have made. Know who your most frequent customers are and how often they make purchases. Get a store view from the dashboard of how well your store is doing. Pull shipping information from an order along with tracking numbers. If this doesn’t sound enticing enough send us some feedback as we would like to hear from you on your needs.
You will need to uninstall any previous CTP versions of the CRM before installing the Beta.
