Support Policy

We only support the current and previous generations of our products. In other words, we will only support the two latest generations of any of our products.

For instance, we actively support ECF 4.x and our latest version G5. ECF 3.x and earlier versions are NOT supported. This applies also to Instant Business Network (IBN), FileUploader.NET, and AJAX Calendar.NET.
