General Licensing Guidelines
With a Developer License, it is licensed per developer, per machine. You will need to purchase additional developer licenses if your projects require additional developers.
With a Source Code License, it is licensed per developer, per machine as well. The biggest difference being that each developer has access to the full server-side source code for greater flexibility and customizations.
With a Corporate License, you gain the benefits of the Source Code license to an unlimited number of developers within your organization. The Corporate License gives you the most development freedom within your organization.
Since all licenses are royalty-free, you do not have to pay additional licensing fees when you’re deploying Calendar to multiple applications. Just pay the one-time licensing cost. Purchasing a subscription on top of any license will save you 40 percent on future paid updates and upgrades.
One Year Subscriptions
Mediachase offers 1 Year subscription plans for all of our components. This gives you a FULL YEAR of FREE PRODUCT RELEASES of our components from the time of purchase. The subscription gives you access to all maintenance fixes and new releases with new enhancements free of charge for a year. We typically have several releases each year. If you want to renew your subscription for an additional year, then you have to pay 40% of the component license cost.

If you decide to upgrade your component license to a subscription license within 3 months of your purchase, we will honor the cost difference between the license and the subscription. Your subscription will end one year from the purchase of the original license.
