ECF™ G5 is built with dedicated customer and order management subsystems. With the customer and account management subsystem, you can view accounts, assign roles to specific user accounts, and create accounts for organizations rather than individual users. In relation to customer management, the order management system allows you to view history of orders, create and manage purchase orders, and even allow you to track items placed into shopping carts by "today," "this week," "this month," or "all."

Through the Commerce Manager, you have full granular control of your customers, organizational accounts, and your order history.
