Technical and Community Support
We offer numerous support and documentation channels when you try out and/or purchase ECF™ G5. The platform can be complex to work with if you don't take the time to go through inital training with a developer, read the Wiki documentation, or ask us questions.
Wiki Documentation
Before you even get started with ECF™ G5, by all means, read through our Wiki first. This is our main repository of information you'll need to get you started with either your 60-day trial developer package or your licensed Full Source developer package.
In other words, read the documentation and it will solve a majority of the initial issues you come across when you first lay your hands on ECF™ G5.

Community Forums
Our community forums provide a shared resource among members of our ECF™ G5 development community. We highly recommend that you first post in our forums so that any follow-up answers can be shared with other developers, who in likelihood, will ask similar questions.
