    Error!!!!!

    Hi!!!!!

    I have an error when i install the store, the Commerce manager and the web services are ok but the public store is giving me a mistake and i cannot enter i review the web.config and i think is ok..

    can you hep me please.......

    Hi,

       You get the error because PublicStore cannot connect to WebServices.
       Were there any errors during installation? Could you send us Configlog.log file located in the installation directory?

    hi I have the same probleme and my configlog file is ok

    here is the message given by the browser when i type the publicstore link:

    Hi,

    What are your system specs (OS, database server) on which you are installing ECF? Are you using wizard installation?

    I m using SQL server 2005

    yes I used the wizard during the instalation.

    Hi,

       Do you have WebServices and PublicStore installed on the same machine?
       Does CommerceManager work properly?
       What is your OS?

    yes thw web services and publicstore are instaled in the same machine

    the comerce manager work normally

    my os is windows XP framwork 2.0

    Do you have any errors in the log file of the eCFWebServices/App_Data/Logs? Make sure this folder has read/write permissions for ASPNET user. Also any log errors in the Commerce Manager under Configuration -> Event Logs menu?

    i give the full access permission to a aspnet user, and i have no log in the comerce manager configuration

    it's still return the same error.
