    Stock Quantity Issue

I am having an issue in the ecf where the stock quantity is not decreasing when an order is placed. This is a major issue as all the products in my website are unique pieces with only 1 sku.

I am able to place the order for the same item multiple times without a even getting an error or warning as I expect it should. In the commerce manager I can see that the stock quantity is still 1 even after the order is placed and the order set to completed.

Any ideas? Where in the process is the stock count actually decremented?
See below for how the sku is configured.....
    Stock Quantity: 1
    Reserved Quantity: 0
    Reorder min. Quantity: 0
Out of Stock Visible - Unchecked

    Re: Stock Quantity Issue

    Hi,

On our latest ECF 4.1.2, the behavior seems to be working properly.  For an item, I set Stock Quantity = 1 (and Reserved Quantity = 0, Reorder Min. Quantity = 0) and I tried to add 2 of those items to my cart and I got the appropriate message -- "Sorry, one of the items you tried to add ran out of stock. Try to add fewer items."

For your debugging, I did find an older thread related to ECF 4.1.0 which had problems with the Stock Quantity and you can see the hotfix files.  http://www.mediachase.com/Community/forums/thread/7873.aspx

    Hope that helps.
