The emails that the IBN service send out include links back to our IBN site, however, they include them as HTTP when our site forces SSL. How do I change it to send the correct URL (HTTPS)?

Log into the IBN portal with an administrative role and then go to the Administrative Menu on the left.

1) Choose the Routing/Workflow Menu choice

2) Select the "Alert Notification Parameters" sub choice

3) Select the "Use Security Connection (SSL)" Check Box...
