When we converted mediachase.com over to the new ecf 4 beta 2 several weeks ago before we put B2 into distribution we also upgraded to the new community server and performed several new integrations.  As a result your e-mail address is no longer your account to access mediachase.com and the community.

to get your new account and password simply do the following:

1) Go to password recovery - http://www.mediachase.com/Profile/PasswordRecovery.aspx

2) Enter your e-mail address that you used to register with Mediachase in the past.

3) You will receive your new account name and a newly generated password

Log into mediachase.com using this and then you can go to your account page and change the password if you wish.

e-mail addresses will no longer let you log in to our site - you must use your login account.
