I am currently evaluating your latest build and I was wondering if it is possible for users to reject a required review?

It would make sense that if you ask a user to review a document, they should be able to reject it (with comments) and the rejection with comments would be sent to the author or manager of the document.

Also, is there any ability to have anonymous users? I would like the general staff to be able to read policy and other business related documents only without having to have a login or purschase a license as they will never have editing rights.

Hi Joe:

1)  You can assign the review of a document as a “Todo” to any number of users.   In this case, the user can be given the option to complete the Todo or suspend it.

2)  There are no anonymous users in the system.
