Change Text on the button from Browse... to another value

Rather than the text on the button used to find files saying Browse... can you change it to another value.

You can not change "Browse" button text, because it's browser control. Button Text depend on browser version and localization.

We are using version 1.9 of your control and Internet Explorer 8.0. If I change my language preference the corresponding text on the control does not change. How do I get your control to recognize a change in the browser language settings. Specifically an example would be greatly appreciated.

The text depend on Internet Explorer 8.0 localization.

If you install German IE 8.0 or German IE8.0 MUI, for example from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=ff0f765d-79bc-4d6a-8d44-620b0447839d&displaylang=en

After installation, You should see the text in German

Because of the use of the native API's the text cannot be changed, it can be changed if the whole file uploading button is recoded and implemented in the browser.
