Can I use the Bank Of America (B of A) Gateway instead of the built-in gateways?  If so, how does this get done and what can I customize on a custom gateway. I am a C# programmer. Can you point me to online documentation that shows how to do this with the ECF component? My client is requiring a B of A gateway and I want to see if I can use the ECF component to simiplify cart functions and reporting on my web site instead of having to build everything from scratch.

Hi, Bank Of America gateway is supported through the use of NSoftware component. Basically all you need to do is purchase the component from nsoftware.com and configure it according to the guide in the documentation: http://www.mediachase.com/ecf/documentation.aspx.
