Q: What must I do to qualify as a Solutions Provider?
A: Becoming an ECF Solutions Provider is easy! In order to become qualified as a Certified Solutions Provider, you must do the following:
1) You purchase the full source code license
2) You purchase 1 deployment license for your first production site
3) At least 1 certified professional who completed our training program (contact sales@mediachase.com for more info)
4) Pay membership fee + support package (annually)
5) You launch a production site that can be verified by Mediachase so that we know you have the skills and capability to launch a production ECF site
Note: The Full Source Code license comes with a single ECF developer seat, and the full source code can be customized as you see fit, provided that you adhere to our licensing policies. If you have more than 1 developer, you will need to purchase additional developer seats. There is no limit on the number of solutions you can build and test using the source code and developer licenses.

Q: Great, I qualified! Now how do I maintain my Solutions Provider status?
A: Since the program is a yearly program, you must maintain your status by satisfying the requirements below:
- Solutions Provider must pay the annual recurring cost (membership fee + a support package)
- Solutions Providers must retain at least 1 certified ECF professional – only these people can contact the Mediachase Support team for assistance
- For Certified Gold Partners, revenue goals must be met
- Solutions Provider will make the best efforts to promote the ECF product information on their website and to cross link to the Mediachase website (www.mediachase.com)
- Solutions Provider must comply with all licensing policies of the Mediachase ECF software

Q: Are partners rewarded with special discounts?
A: Yes. As a Solutions Provider, you will receive 30% off discounts on ECF production deployment licenses and any additional developer seat licenses. If you customer requires the source code license, as part of your solution, you can also purchase another source code license on behalf of your customers at the discounted rate as well.

Q: As a Solutions Provider, can I rebrand and resell your software?
A: Yes, you are able to do so as long as it is not being sold as a competitor to our product. Solutions Providers are allowed to do so if the software is simply used to offer solutions.

Q: Can I sell licenses to my customers?
A: Yes. Mediachase has a program that allows Solutions Providers to purchase licenses for deployments in advance, allowing you to resell licenses to customers.

Q: What are the penalties if I do not meet the program's minimum requirements?
A: Special discounts, deals, free full-source code updates, and all privileges as a Solutions Provider are forfeit.
