Customers who purchase any of our business server packages (downloadable package) to set up the IBN in your own environment are entitled to maintenance releases as well as free support in our forums (3 day response time). For those interested in a higher level of support, we also offer Annual Software Maintenance Plans which entitles you to maintenance releases, free upgrades to new versions within the year, and email support (1 day response).
