IBN Server Editions
IBN Servers are designed to be rapidly installed into your own environment and are offered in 3 editions and 1 hosted solution.
Help Desk Edition
Help Desk and issue tracking solution. Ideal for handling customer support issues as well as departmental or inter-departmental internal issues.
Project Management Edition
Ideal for organizations who manage projects and need collaboration of remote team members.
Full Suite Edition
Fully integrated solution consisting of the Help Desk and the Project Management editions.
On-Demand Service
This edition is designed to enable a business to go to market and offer a co-branded or private label version of the IBN subscription service. This adds billing, provisioning, customer support, resellers, and a number of other features to enable a complete working subscription service.
IBN On-Demand Subscription Plan
IBN Subscription Plans offer ZERO infrastructure investment and include support, backup, storage, and everything you need to simply use the IBN software month to month, quarterly or annually.
