Unfortunately, once the software has been delivered to you, we do not provide refunds or exchanges. The primary reason for this is that Mediachase makes available fully-functional evaluation versions of all of our software products here on this web site.

We feel that this allows any potential customer to fully test and familiarize themselves with our products before making a purchase decision.

The only exception is typically in the case of fraud. If this is the situation, please contact sales@mediachase.com with contact information for your credit card issuer, and once we confirm a case of fraud we will issue a full refund.
