With the IBN PM software you have a complete set of project management tools are your deposal: create tasks, upload files, share calendars, follow discussions, create custom lists and more. After initial training and guidance from experienced IBN PM Staff, the IBN Project Management becomes an invaluable resource to conduct your daily jobs that everyone in your company or organization can benefit from.

No longer will you have to exchange emails back and forth to share Microsoft Excel or Word documents with our Project Management Software package. Rather, within your IBN portal, you can create separate projects, each with their own repository to store files in. Anyone with access to the project can upload, download and open files from the repository. With version control built-in, the IBN PM will make note of the version of the document that was upload into the repository. This way, the system streamlines your work processes and eliminates unnecessary email clutter and scattered files.

The IBN PM also synchronizes with standard MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. With the IBN plug-in, you can easily upload files from within the application itself without having to open up your portal through a web browser.

The desktop client is another powerful component of the overall software suite. You can securely message other users within or outside your portal, such as clients, customers, or partners. You can share documents, information and files back and forth without an email client.
